The Paluch and Rafferty families and the J.S. Paluch corporate family are deeply saddened at the loss of Margaret A. “Mickey” Paluch. Early Thursday morning, Margaret, beloved mother, grandmother, and Chairman of the Board of the J.S. Paluch Company, died after suffering a severe stroke on Wednesday evening.
Forever in our hearts, Mickey will be greatly missed by many friends in vocation ministry, liturgical music, numerous charities, the Archdiocese of Chicago, the Dioceses of Joliet and Rockford, and Catholic parishes around the country.
Her personal lifelong commitment to the Church has been inspiring and remarkable. We can be assured that we will continue to feel her presence in all that we do to carry on her vision of faith and service.

On June 6, 2010, we will celebrate
a special Mass and enjoy musical
entertainment dedicated to the memory
of Mickey Paluch, a great friend of
Mundelein Seminary who died this past
October. Mickey embraced the seminary
and all priests through her dedicated
ministry, sustained by her deep faith
and zest for life.
